QD Interchangeable Bushings have a flange design around the outside diameter. The QD style has a split that continues through the flange. These bushings are widely used offering convenience and design flexibility. Manufactured using high end machines, these are precision engineered of best grade materials and are installed by tightening several cap screws. This draws the bushing into the taper bore of the product which compresses the bore of the bushing. QD Interchangeable Bushings are easily removed by using the cap screws as jack-screws.
